A Memorable Trip To Jaipur With Family

When visiting historical tourist places in India, Jaipur occupies one of the top places on the list. The Pink City of Rajasthan is a symbol of grandeur and magnificence. Last year we planned a family trip to Jaipur as everyone loves history, culture, and architecture. We found Jaipur as the best place to visit to please our quest. It is famous for its rich culture, breathtaking Havelis, forts, serene temples, and royal palaces.

The versatile city of Jaipur is also well-known for its handicrafts and incredible jewelry collection. Its impressive fortresses are the perfect place for photography. My family and I took a taxi from Delhi to Jaipur and enjoyed a comfortable road trip to the city.

Places I visited in Jaipur

I stayed in this royal city for a week; this was my most memorable experience with my family. All the places in Jaipur city elated my soul. It was full of serene beauty, magnificent historical palaces, and forts, which glanced at old Indian Architecture designs and alluring artworks. The places I visited are listed below.

Amer Fort

One of the first places we visited was Amer Fort. It is one of the chief glamours of Jaipur and is located 11 kilometers from the city. This fort, also known as Amber Fort, is a beautiful place well-known for its spectacular surroundings and astonishing palaces.

Jaigarh Fort

The next place we visited was Jaigarh Fort. Jaigarh Fort, also known as Victory Fort, was built by Maharaja Jai Singh and is around 900 meters from the Amber Fort. Standing on the hilltop, this spectacular fort is the perfect place to explore the entire city of Jaipur from its top.

My cousins and I enjoyed taking pictures, and my family was stunned by the panoramic views of the pink city that can be best seen from this fort.

Hawa Mahal

Now, the place for which Pink City is famous is Hawa Mahal. Also known as the Palace of Winds, this is the most crucial attraction of Jaipur. We visited Hawa Mahal in the morning because it was the best time as the sun’s golden rays touched it.

Nahargarh Fort

Known as the hunting house of kings, Nahargarh Fort is located on the edge of Aravalli Hills. We visited this fort on the last days of our trip and didn’t regret it. This glorious fort is full of mystery and incredible architecture, satisfying our souls.

Jantar Mantar

How can we forget to visit one of the most beautiful places in Jaipur, which is also a national monument? It is crafted with marble and local stone, and here we explored a vast collection of astronomical devices.

After exploring these magnificent places, we also visited other beautiful city charms like City Palace, Jal Mahal, Albert Hall, Govind Devji Temple, Raj Mandir Cinema, and Laxmi Narayan Temple.

Suppose you have never visited the splendid Pink City – Jaipur. In that case, it is best to pack your bags, book a reliable Jaipur car rental with a local driver, and enjoy this fantastic journey. The heritage culture, ancient palaces, beautiful artworks, and famous temples of Jaipur will make you feel like you are in a different world.
