Morals determine a person’s character, and Ethics, Integrity and Aptitude focus on an institutional framework in which morals are enforced.

Ethics Integrity and Aptitude are an array of norms, standards, rules, and principles that society places over itself. Against these, individuals’ actions are evaluated from the perspective of correctness, wrongness, goodness, or evil. In simple terms,

Ethics is a set of norms that society sets for itself. It can guide the behaviour choices, actions, and decisions of individuals.

The term “ethics” refers to moral philosophies or philosophical treatise that analyzes human behaviour and attempt to determine if an action that is performed is morally right or not.
