Zoe LaVerne has changed, and she is sorry for the person she used to be. Zoe LaVerne has gotten into a few fights so far, mostly with Connor Joyce and Cody Orlove.
Joyce allegedly tried to win his approval. The 2020 video of 19-year-old LaVerne kissing 13-year-old Joyce went viral, sparking backlash.
After the event, people discussed grooming and dating different ages. Many people chastised LaVerne for mistreating a child, while others said Joyce may have been too young to consent.
The TikToker denied being in a relationship with Joyce, but Zoe LaVerne did say that they kissed and that they fell in love. In a live-streamed apology in November 2020, LaVerne also denied that she had tried to get Joyce to sleep with her and had a sexual relationship with her.
Zoe LaVerne also said she was sorry for kissing the younger teen and agreed that the age difference was wrong. Joyce also talked about the leaked video on his own social media platforms in a live stream, where he said that he and LaVerne had become “more than friends.”
Joyce has said that LaVerne was a traumatic experience for him
Orlove had also said that Zoe LaVerne was bothering her. During an Instagram live, Orlove said that LaVerne was giving his address and phone number to people he didn’t know. He also said that Emma Throne, a fan of hers, had been bothering him and his family for months.
So, when LaVerne said she had changed on TikTok, many people thought it was an apology to Orlove and Joyce. She put up a couple of photos on a now-deleted TikTok, and one of them was of Orlove.
So, a lot of people thought it was a direct apology to him. But LaVerne said in another TikTok and Instagram Story that she only used Orlove’s photo because he was a big part of her life.
Zoe LaVerne said that she and Orlove didn’t have any problems and that she didn’t use the picture to make trouble. IG Stories: “Cody and I aren’t friends, but there’s no drama, and I didn’t post the picture to cause “drama.” The post was meant to show you that I am sorry and not that person.” Fans are confused by LaVerne’s TikTok and apology. People have helped her by writing that they liked her improvement.
People Reaction
However, many dislike her. They said it was wrong to ignore the fact that LaVerne kissed Joyce, a minor, and scared him for life.
“She used the n-word even though she’s “grown up,” and her digital footprint is huge. She said what she said, and I don’t know how everything she did was forgotten so quickly. Don’t know.”
LaVerne had not commented on how her TikTok and apology were received.
